2. Nature of the Service
Our role is limited to:

- Matching you with one or more finance professionals in our network whose service profile suits your situation
- Passing your enquiry details to that professional
The matched finance professional is independent of us. They are responsible for any credit assistance or advice they subsequently provide to you, and for the legal obligations attached to that activity. All network partners hold appropriate licences for the credit assistance work they undertake.
3. No Financial or Credit Advice
Any references to interest rates, deposit levels, grants, schemes, fees or commissions on the Site are general indicators only. They may change without notice and may not apply to your circumstances. Eligibility for grants, concessions and government schemes (including any Queensland or Commonwealth scheme referenced on the Site) is determined solely by the relevant authority based on your specific situation.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident to submit an enquiry. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the information you provide is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

6. No Cost to Use the Service
Our matching service is free to enquirers. In most residential cases, network partners are paid by the lender on settlement, not by the borrower. Where a fee may apply (for example, for complex or commercial scenarios), the relevant network partner will disclose any such fee to you in writing before you proceed.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and references to third-party organisations (for example, government bodies, industry associations and grant authorities). 8. Intellectual Property
